Protect All From Pay Day Loans. As a section of the Defense Reauthorization…

As part of the Defense Reauthorization Bill of 2007, Senators Jim Talent, R-Mo., and Bill Nelson, D-Fl, introduced an amendment that is bipartisan caps interest levels for several loans to solution users and their dependents at 36 per cent.
