The Bottom Line
Since the pandemic started, we’ve largely taken to apps and websites to satisfy our needs. And while porn has seen an uptick during the pandemic in areas that have strict stay-at-home orders, studies also show that coping, boredom, and psychological distress all go hand-in-hand with greater levels of porn consumption.
