Toronto-based Ashley Madison’s website turn off while Korean rivals thrive, it alleges
A website that is dating married people looking for affairs is suing the federal government of Southern Korea after being blocked for the reason that country over just exactly exactly what it states are false allegations of unlawful task.
Ashley Madison’s Korean web site had been power down this springtime right after its launch, with authorities here alleging it incited immorality, based on news reports during the time. Adultery is unlawful in Southern Korea.
In a declaration of claim filed in federal court Wednesday, Ashley Madison denies the accusations, explaining itself as “a social network website assisting interaction between like-minded grownups.”
